How can I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel your order until the point it has been shipped from our warehouse. You will receive an email to confirm your order and one to confirm it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at the customer service email address if you wish to cancel your order
Can I return my order?
We offer a no quibble returns policy providing you return your book within 14 days from the date you received it. A full refund will be issued though any shipping costs incurred for returning the book will be at your own cost.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order is found to be faulty or – in error – we supplied an incorrect book, we will supply a pre-paid shipping label and a full refund will be issued. In this instance please contact our customer service team at the email address above.
